High Pressure Polyurethane Systems Dosing and Mixing Machines

SAIP produces high-pressure dosing machines used for polyurethane foam applications with next-generation blowing agents in various sectors: construction, oil & gas, furnishing, automotive, etc.

All the high-pressure dosing units are equipped with a series of control systems capable of ensuring proper functionality and optimum performances in any condition of use. The flow of work ranging from 6 to 200 kg/min. and the component ratio varies from 1:5 to 5:1. Adjusting the flow rate and the component ratio can be done both automatically and manually; the process parameters are managed by a PLC and a PC or industrial Touch Screen.
